Natalie Frantz

Natalie’s passion for real estate and helping others is the cornerstone of her success. She loves educating home buyers and helping them realize how owning real estate will allow them to achieve their life goals, whether they are first-time buyers or seasoned real estate investors. Natalie began her real estate career as a real estate investor and worked on multiple home renovations, private lending and rentals.

She is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Naval Postgraduate School with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and Naval War College with a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies. Natalie served as a military officer in the U.S. Navy for over a decade, deploying multiple times to the Middle East, Southwest Asia, and Western Pacific Ocean.

Today she continues her service in the Navy Reserves as a commander at a local Navy reserve unit. Her diverse background provides years of experience in leadership, program management, and negotiations, the perfect skill sets to seamlessly execute both buying and selling homes for her clients.

Natalie’s military experience combined with having an active duty spouse, gives her a unique understanding of the military lifestyle, PCS move pressures, using the VA loan, and helping sort out military move transitions.

Natalie enjoys spending her free time with her growing family in Pacific Beach, where they love the casual beach lifestyle the community offers, while being near all the city amenities.
