Noemi Flores

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Noemi has the analytical skills and knowledge of working in changing real estate markets to successfully help her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Noemi has an Economics degree from UCLA and is fluent in Spanish. As a native San Diegan, she brings her knowledge of the city to her clients, especially those coming from out of state or moving from one neighborhood to another.  Noemi is keen on finding properties with value-add potential such as ADUs or creating short-term rentals. She has a diverse background in real estate transactions which include: Purchasing and selling businesses, negotiating commercial leases, and successfully establishing short-term rentals in San Diego. Noemi draws from these experiences and skills to better serve her clients in negotiating the purchase or selling of their residential properties.

In her free time, you can find Noemi enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather at the beach, park, or at popular hiking trails with her two children and little do.  She also delights in cooking new recipes and mastering her mom’s salsa dishes. Her affection for salsa isn’t confined to the kitchen; the rhythm of salsa music certainly can keep her on a dance floor.
