Robert Hamill

Rob specializes in helping buyers and sellers in all facets of the business, from first-time home buyers to luxury buyers and sellers, to multi-unit real estate investors.  He has worked with many military clients helping to utilize their VA loan and has experience navigating HOA documentation for condos and gated complexes.

Rob also has a background in property management where he currently manages 8 San Diego units that he owns with his wife.  He has experience managing short term rentals and navigating San Diego’s rules and regulations, mid-term hosting traveling nurses and military stationed orders, to long-term multi-year families who call San Diego their home. 

He loves helping both friends and strangers – who quickly become friends - with the biggest purchase in their life. He knows it can be very stressful buying or selling a property and takes great pride in his ability to ensure clients feel comfortable, confident, and excited throughout the process.

Rob has lived in San Diego since 2010 and currently lives in one of his investment properties in Crown Point.  He loves to surf and living near the beach, golfing at San Diego’s 56 courses, and traveling to other countries and states to snowboard, backpack, and explore new cultures.
