Robert Hamill’s career in real estate was inspired by his wife, Kelsey Olson, also a member of the Kappel Realty Group. Rob supported Kelsey in any way he could and soon realized he was drawn to become a Realtor as well.

Now, Rob specializes in helping buyers and sellers in all facets of the business, from first-time home buyers to luxury buyers and sellers, to multi-unit real estate investors.

Rob’s analytical background as an engineer is a natural fit for real estate as he helps clients approach their real estate investment decisions with an educated and data-driven mindset, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.

He loves helping both friends and strangers – who quickly become friends -- with the biggest purchase in their life. He knows it can be very stressful buying or selling a property and takes great pride in his ability to ensure clients feel comfortable, confident, and excited throughout the process.

Rob has lived in San Diego since 2010 and now calls Linda Vista community home. He loves being near the beach and uncovering new hidden gems in the rapidly changing neighborhood, including checking out all the new coffee shops and restaurants.

Rob loves the outdoors, and you can often find him at the beach surfing or playing volleyball or heading to the mountains for snowboarding.
