Ted has extensive experience in investment and multi-unit real estate. He has led the purchase and sale of buildings ranging from 2 to 150 units. Ted enjoys the variety and challenge of real estate and finding new ways to solve problems to help clients achieve their goals.

He specializes in working with seasoned and first-time real estate investors interested in building long-term wealth. He enjoys educating buyers and sellers on market trends and data, ensuring confidence in their purchase and sale of property.

Ted is a Los Angeles native who now calls North Park home. He invests personally in San Diego residential and commercial real estate. In his free time, you can find him in the kitchen cooking or outside surfing, snowboarding or fishing.

He is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Chapman University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate at the University of San Diego.
