Twana Rasoul

Twana's multi-faceted skill set and deep understanding of local market conditions enable him to set his clients up for success. His negotiation capabilities and strategic approach add meaningful value to buyers and sellers alike. He is an expert in the residential real estate market and trends including 2-4 unit income properties, condominiums and single family homes from inland to the coast. Twana serves as an advisor, confidant and a main resource to ensure the client's ultimate success.

Twana has over a decade of commercial construction experience in various roles including project management. He has been involved in more than $1 billion of cumulative project value at different capacities.

Twana received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from San Diego State University (SDSU) as well as an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU).

Twana lives in the Bay Ho community and loves spending time with his family and friends, frequenting local coffee shops, hiking, taking road trips and learning new languages.
