Welcome to Clairemont
Convenient suburban community with canyons and epic views.
Clairemont is a conveniently located suburban community encompassing the neighborhoods of Bay Ho, Bay Park, Clairemont Mesa East and West, and North Clairemont. Development of these neighborhoods began in the 1950s when they were planned with curving streets to accentuate the views over natural canyons, Mission Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. Canyons separating Clairemont’s mesa-top neighborhoods offer outdoor recreation opportunities with scenic hiking trails and bike paths. I-5, I-805, and State Route 52 provide convenient access to Downtown San Diego and nearby beaches.
Homes in Clairemont tend to be more affordable than many other San Diego neighborhoods. Clairemont’s real estate mix mostly consists of spacious single-family homes built between the 1950s and 1990s. Housing options in the area also include condominium complexes and multi-family units.
